WHAT ARE THE HOURS OF CUSTOMER SERVICE?

Our office is open Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm, CST. We are closed for holidays and on weekends. Holiday response time is up to 5 business days.

Our customer service team is also delayed about 5 days in response time, so please allow us the 7-10 days from your order date before reaching out about tracking. This will allow our customer service team to focus on other issues.

PLEASE NOTE:Any free standard shipping promos only apply in the 48 contiguous states – excludes Hawaii and Alaska.

 

CAN I ADJUST OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

After an order is placed, orders can not be adjusted – including shipping addresses and order cancellations – so please check your order details before submitting.

 

HOW DO I MANAGE MY SUBSCRIPTIONS?

It’s easy! If you did not create an account on check out, you can create one here. Fill out the form with your name and use the same email address used for your order. When returning you can find the account login on the top right of the website or click here. Log into your account. Press “manage subscriptions.”
